‘One size fits most’ (not me)! I ordered this as I needed a colonial costume for my daughter’s colonial fair at school. I liked it, the style was spot on. But it is huge. I am 5ft 4 and a size 2. It’s at least 3 inches too long and very big in the body. I stuck with it anyway as no time to send it back and order something different.I would recommend it, but only if you are a lot taller than me and at least a size 4.
Mixed fitting We recieved the costume promptly. It was for a 10 yr old girl (yes it’s an adult costume). Oddly it fit in the waist (which she’s about a size 26-27). The chest was O K A Y. The shoulders were about an inch or two larger (I had to pin it backwards to fit better). She’s about 4’9-5’1 and it was way too long (I hemmed it). She wore it for colonial day and worked well after adjustments to her size
Low quality, high price The quality is fair and is not a one size fits all. It was a little big for my daughter who usually wears a size small. Several stains were on the garment, but I did not have time return it. It was good enough for my daughter to wear for her school’s Colonial Day event. The price was more than its worth.
