Beautiful costume! I bought this costume to dress as a Renaissance Lady/Princess for the childrens’ Halloween party at the public library I work at. I absolutely LOVE the color (but purple is my favorite anyways).
Renaissance gown Classier than I feared it would be. Gets compliments when worn–very pretty. Much cheaper than “real” costumes at medieval fairs.
Great costume This is a great costume! The size chart was correct and it fits beautifully! For scale I am 5’8 and weigh about 140. I got the small/medium and it fits. As other reviews said the arms are tight and it is the embroidered band that is tight so if your arms are thick beware! The length is perfect and hits at the top of my feet. I will also be wearing slimming undergarments as the velvet, while beautiful, shows any flaw or roll.
